How long will it take for my beer to arrive?

Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday are typically processed the same day. Standard delivery usually takes 2-3 working days, while next-day delivery options are available at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship our beers and merchandise within the UK. We are working hard to bring Beavertown to our fans across the globe in the near future.

Are your beers suitable for vegans?

The majority of our core range, including Neck Oil and Gamma Ray, is vegan-friendly. Please check the specific product description or the label on the can for allergen and dietary information.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging our brews, but if your cans arrive damaged, please take a photo and contact our support team within 48 hours. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

Can I track my delivery?

Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link from our courier partner so you can follow your beer's journey to your doorstep.

Do I need to be home to receive my order?

Because we sell alcohol, an adult over the age of 18 must be present to sign for the delivery. Our couriers operate a Challenge 25 policy, so please have your ID ready.
