At Beavertown Brewery, we want you to be fully satisfied with your brew; however, due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are typically limited to non-food merchandise or damaged goods. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
Return Process

Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue regarding your beer or merchandise.

For damaged or faulty items, please attach clear photographs of the packaging and the product so our team can assess the claim.
- 3.Return Shipping
If returning non-perishable merchandise like glassware or apparel, package the items securely and use the provided prepaid shipping label.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once your return is received or your claim is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
